Limited Warranty
What are Tirebot Tires Boundaries ?
Our Limited Warranty covers all Tirebot branded OTR tires as indicated in Tirebot OTR product listings (catalog and pricelist), but does not include agricultural tires, aircraft, light construction tires, or tires marked “NA” (not adjustable).
This warranty applies to Tirebot brand OTR tires for a maximum period of five years (60 months) from date of manufacture. The date of manufacture can be determined by the first six digits of the serial number code.
Our Eligibility
Every OTR tire bearing the name Tirebot and with a complete serial number molded into the sidewall is warranted against manufacturing defects within the manufacturer’s control. If an authorized Tirebot representative confirms that such a tire fails due to manufacturing defects, Tirebot OTR Division (TOD) will, at its discretion:
- Repair the tire at no cost.
- Issue a credit toward the FOB price of a replacement tire, equivalent to a comparable Tirebot OTR product.
The credit amount will be determined by applying the lesser of the remaining tread depth percentage (RTD%) or the maximum age-based credit specified in the accompanying chart. This percentage will be multiplied by the original FOB price of the tire at the time of purchase (excluding taxes or tariffs).
All replaced tires will be decommissioned, and their serial numbers will be removed. The customer is responsible for disposing of these tires. This warranty covers OTR tires used within Tirebot’s published design specifications. Any use outside these specifications voids the warranty automatically. Refer to Tirebot data books, maintenance manuals, etc., for detailed design specifications.
This warranty excludes used or “NA” (not adjustable) tires. To qualify for warranty coverage, the remaining tread depth of the tire must be at least 5/32 inches (4 mm).
The replacement percentage will be multiplied by the original FOB price of the tire when purchased (excluding any taxes or tariffs) to determine the amount of credit to be applied. All adjusted tires will be disabled, and the serial numbers will be removed. Customer is responsible for the disposal of all adjusted tires. This warranty coverage is for OTR tires used within published designed specifications for Tirebot tires. Any use outside such specifications automatically voids this warranty. Please consult Tirebot data books, maintenance manuals, etc. for design specifications. This warranty does not apply to used or “NA” (not adjustable) tires. For eligible warranty, the remaining tread depth of tire must be at least 5/32nds (4 mm).
This Limited Warranty is applicable to the original purchaser, but not assignable to subsequent purchasers. No Tirebot dealer, agent, or representative has the authority to make or imply any representation, promise or agreement which in any way varies or extends the terms of this warranty. Any tire, no matter how well manufactured, may fail in service or become unserviceable due to conditions beyond the control of the manufacturer. This Limited Warranty is under no circumstances a representation that a tire failure cannot occur. This limited warranty gives you specific rights and you may also have other rights which may vary from jurisdiction to jurisdiction. To the extent that the provisions of any applicable legislation expressly replace, eliminate, amend or prohibit any term or terms contained herein, such term or terms shall be accordingly replaced, eliminated, amended or extended, as the case may be, in accordance with such legislation.
Damage resulting from:
misuse, improper mounting, or misapplication; use of non-approved rims or improper inflation; overloading or running flat; misalignment or imbalance of wheels/rims; defective brakes or shock absorbers; abuse, willful damage, or external heat sources; use of studs or water/material inside the tire; vehicle damage or road hazards (e.g., rock cuts, punctures).
- Contact an authorized Tirebot dealer or representative. Please be prepared to provide proof of purchase of the product and purchase date.
- The authorized dealer or representative will contact TOD to arrange the inspection of the tire in question and processing of
the claim. The dealer has no authority or responsibility to make the determination as to eligibility for coverage under this warranty.
