Tirebot Japan is the trademark of Japan Toyomoto Tire Corp. The mascot of Tirebot Japan is a specially designed robot, a metaphor that Tirebot tires are made by intelligent technology with high and sustained quality. The motto of Tirebot is Technology in Motion.
Toyomoto tire production technology, all-steel tires are derived from European Pirelli (PIRELLI) technology, and semi-steel tires are derived from North American Michelin’s UNIROYAL technology. After more than 30 years of practice and upgrading, combined with the elements of Japanese rubber tire technology, a mature Japanese Toyomoto tire manufacturing technology has been formed. These developments and improvements are reflected in tire research and development, improved tire formula design, structural design, process design, equipment selection, quality control, rubber mixing technology and new material applications. The tire manufacturing technology of the TIREBOT brand produced with Toyomoto technology is actively adapted to global tire technology trends through continuous digestion and absorption; its TBR and PCR/LTR product quality complies with EU REACH regulations and US SMARTWAY etc. Since the beginning of this century, Toyomoto technology has been widely used in many Eastern countries including China through technical services and transfers and has been universally recognized.
The characteristics of Toyomoto tire production technology are as follows:
- The tire mechanics analysis theory is profound, from the two-dimensional axisymmetric finite element model method to the three-dimensional nonlinear finite element analysis method (FEM)
- The tire structure design theory is advanced, from natural balance to the best rolling, to the best dynamic profile, etc., absorbing the most advanced and practical design ideas in the world.
- The tire production process is compact and efficient; the logistics trend is optimized and reasonable.
- Intelligent production lines and warehousing greatly improve production efficiency and product quality.
- Product quality complies with DOT, ETRA and JIS standards.
- TIREBOT all-steel tires have reasonable structure, complete patterns, low rolling resistance, low heat generation, high durability and strong load resistance, and are safe and reliable.
- TIREBOT semi-steel tire series are complete, with low noise, low rolling resistance, eccentric wear resistance, high mileage, comfort and stable handling characteristics, safe and reliable.
As a specialized tire manufacturer, Toyomoto is ready to provide high quality tire products to the international markets including those for passenger cars, truck and buses, as well as non-highway vehicles etc. Besides, Toyomoto with its in-house technical team, is able to provide solutions about tires to the customers and users, professional after-sales services, and/or customized products.
